Guildisco provides AI-powered Discord server architecture generation and management tools. The Service integrates with Discord's API to create roles, channels, and manage server settings based on user inputs or templates.

3. Discord API Usage

Our Service interacts with the Discord API. By using Guildisco, you also agree to be bound by Discord's Terms of Service and Developer Terms. We are not responsible for any actions taken by Discord regarding your server or account.

4. Subscriptions and Limits

Guildisco offers both Free ("Hobby") and Premium tiers.

Free tier users are limited to connecting 1 server and saving up to 5 templates.
Premium users receive unlimited server connections, advanced GPT-4o generation capabilities, and unlimited cloud templates.

5. Privacy and Data

We only store the data necessary to provide the Service, including your Discord user ID, server configurations (templates), and basic profile info. We do not sell your data to third parties.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the AI will always produce perfect server structures or that the Service will be uninterrupted.
